1. Call to Order of the Governance Committee of Mammoth Lakes Housing, Inc., a public benefit corporation, 501(c)3, whose mission is to support affordable housing for a viable economy and sustainable community.
2. Roll Call:
Kirk Stapp, Jennifer Kreitz, Stacy Corless, Agnes Vianzon
3. Public Comments:
This is the established time for any member of the public wishing to address the Mammoth Lakes Housing, Inc. Board of Directors on any matter that does not otherwise appear on the agenda. Members of the public desiring to speak on a matter appearing on the agenda should ask the Chairman for the opportunity to be heard when the item comes up for consideration.
4. Approval of the September 9, 2019 minutes.
5. Discuss desired outcome and success of starting regular Board meetings at 5:30 PM for the Work Session topic: potential future governance trainings and/or strategic topics

6. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6. the Board of Director’s designated representatives, the Governance Committee (Kirk Stapp, Jennifer Kreitz, Stacy Corless, Agnes Vianzon), will meet regarding the salaries, salary schedules, or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of its unrepresented employees (Executive Director). No action is to be taken.
