III. Public Comments
Lesley-Anne Hoxie introduced herself and expressed her interest in serving on the Board of Directors.
IV. Approval of Minutes from the February 3, 2014 BOD Meeting
Larry Johnston motioned to approve the minutes. Rick Wood seconded the motion. Bill Taylor abstained. The motion passed 4-0.
V. Board Member Reports
Larry Johnston reported that the Air District recently settled four cases with the LADWP. These settlements will result in approximately $1.35 million.
Kirk Stapp reported that he attended the Mono County Board of Supervisors Budget Workshop. He asked if there were other ways for the Town and the County to cooperate in an effort to save money. Rick Wood mentioned that there would be a Town/County liaison meeting on March 20th.
VI. MLH Monthly Status Report
Jennifer Halferty cited recent developments at the State level in regards to housing. Additionally, she noted that the State may soon release a special Drought NOFA which local jurisdictions may be interested in.
Staff attended NeighborWorks America training in Los Angeles. Patricia took a course in Homeownership Counseling and Jennifer took three different courses in Rehab Programs.
VII. Discussion of the Draft Amended and Restated MLH Bylaws and Board Member Recruitment
The Board discussed the Bylaws. There were no additional amendments suggested.
Jennifer updated the Board regarding Member Recruitment. The Board recommended additional solicitation.
VIII. Review and Discussion of Chateau de Montagne Homeowner Association’s CC&Rs
The Board discussed the CC&Rs.
