CLOSED SESSION

IV. Pursuant to Government Code Section 24956.8, the Board will hold a closed session to discuss property negotiations- Aspen Village Townhomes

ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION
Dave motioned to appropriate $22,000 toward heat tape installation on the roofs of Aspen Village as requested by the Aspen Village Homeowners Association as a gesture of goodwill and participation and that the HOA commit to the use of heat tape and commitment to shovel the roofs. Rick Wood Second the motion with all in favor for a 4-0 vote.
