Innsbruck Lodge
Mammoth Lakes Housing, Inc. (MLH) closed escrow on the Innsbruck Lodge with the intent to convert the boutique hotel into 16 apartments. Tenant occupancy will occur before May 2023. The Innsbruck Lodge will serve households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) who are struggling to find safe, affordable housing in our community.
Access Apartments
Access Apartments is a project in process! It will be an 11 unit affordable housing community developed by Mammoth Lakes Housing. This development is an adaptive reuse of a commercial property, whose previous owner made a partial land donation to MLH. The development consists of one bedroom apartments and five garages. We are currently in the final stages of securing funding for this project and hope to have occupancy in 2023. Consider making a donation today!
Birch Creek
Birch Creek condo is a transitional housing unit located in June Lake. This home provides temporary housing for those experiencing homelessness. This project is made possible through a partnership between MLH and Mono County.
Silver Peaks
Silver Peaks in a 72-unit tax credit project in Bishop, California. The land was made available through a lengthy land trade with the LA Department of Water and Power. MLH serves as the local nonprofit partner in partnership with Visionary Home Builders. This project is currently in the process of securing financing.
Star Apartments
This four-unit apartment complex was originally built in 1965. Mammoth Lakes Housing, Inc. successfully acquired and completed extensive exterior and interior rehabilitation with an emphasis on energy efficiencies. The rehabilitation brought the building into compliance with local and state building codes. Occupancy began in January 2012.
Aspen Village Apartments
The Aspen Village Apartments is a 48 unit workforce housing community developed by Mammoth Lakes Family Associates, of which Mammoth Lakes Housing is a partner. This development received its grading permit June 1st, 2005. The development consists of two and three bedroom rental units.
Jeffreys Apartments
The Jeffreys Apartments is a 16 unit workforce housing community developed by Mammoth Lakes Family Associates, of which Mammoth Lakes Housing is a partner. The Jeffreys began construction in May of 2006. The development consists of two and three bedroom units.
Manzanita Apartments
Located on Main Street, the Manzanita Apartments is a 14 unit workforce housing community developed by Mammoth Lakes Family Associates, of which Mammoth Lakes Housing is a partner. These apartments began construction in June of 2007. The development is comprised of two and three bedroom units.
