I. Call to Order
Larry Johnston called the meeting to order in the absence of Kirk Stapp.

II. Roll Call
Members Present: Bill Taylor, Larry Johnston, and Rick Wood
Staff Present: Jennifer Halferty and Patricia Kent
Absent: Kirk Stapp and Town Manager

III. Public Comments
There were no comments from the public.

CLOSED SESSION

IV. Pursuant to Government Code Section 24956.8, the Board will hold a closed session to discuss property negotiations and possible action – APN 205-013-000-000
Bill Taylor motioned to approve the purchase of Aspen Village at Mammoth Creek Townhomes Unit H105 by MLH in order to maintain the deed restriction as well as to pursue any reserves of Measure A202 to fund the purchase. Larry Johnston seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.
